CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You can cancel an order placed for the Products on the Portal at any time before it is accepted by Us. Any amount paid in advance through payment gateway will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original transaction, or alternatively, a credit note may be issued.

For payments made through a payment gateway, including but not limited to Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refund will be credited to the source account within 6–7 business days from the date of order cancellation, or within such time as may be prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India or any other competent authority under applicable law
